The historical vibe was amazing, staying in a 1,000-year-old building. Loved the comfy beds and chatting with Joy, who was super helpful and friendly. Just a heads up, the bathroom lighting turned off too quickly while showering.

The place was fairly clean with a super-friendly staff. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Favourable and excellent location at a medium distance from Sanctuary of Santa Caterina.

private rooftop garden oasis, stylish rooms, close to major attractions
Rooms are widely spread throughout the city. Expect to walk a lot!!! Cold rooms in winter with restricted hot water. Missing basic kitchen supplies can be quite frustrating!!!

The room was very comfortable and the facilities in the apartment where great. The location was perfect! Just a short walk to sights. The staff offered good recommendations for food when asked, and called a taxi for me.
When I arrived for check-in at 3pm, the room was not ready. The website says 3pm, but staff said 4pm. When I arrived for check-out during listed hours, no one was at reception and I had to wait awhile for someone to arrive. There was no breakfast available at the apartment or at reception. The automatic lights in the bathroom are a great idea, in theory. But, if you shower for more than 10 minutes, the lights go off. Always, the light stays on longer than necessary other times.

I loved the room. It had a very pretty window and pot of flowers on it, and the rooms was clean and cozy. The location was great as well! It's only like 2 minutes from the Duomo.
The staff didn't really speak good English so when I needed help figuring out some train/bus info. For the next day, it was a difficult task! The girl didn't seem very willing to help, either. She was getting frustrated because she didn't know how to talk to me about it.

Consider calling ahead to arrange your arrival, as the office is separate from the accommodations, which could be a bit confusing.

Local food, overall comfortable place.
Clean hotel with superbly friendly staff and a good value. Reasonably large room with own bathroom and a safe box, central heating, and an iron. Hypoallergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed

large units with a private terrace, good beds plus a shared bathroom, and the staff were affable.
Wi-Fi signal was not good, made me a little nervous.

It was a great match for a weekend breather in Siena with value for money. The little kitchen in the apartment was super handy for whipping up quick meals. Be prepared for some stairs if you have a lot of luggage.

In the city centre, quite old house but clean inside.

The location is superb. It is family-managed and spotlessly clean. The atmosphere is intimate and friendly, and a common small table in an outdoor niche enabled hotel guests to converse with one another. An adjacent common kitchen was a nice additional touch. The small bathroom seemed newly furnished. I liked the "eco-friendly" touches in the lighting and bathroom fixtures. Nice touches: ceiling lights could be shut off from the bed, stepping into the bathroom activated the light.
As an older person traveling alone, without command of the language, I would have liked to have access to a computer or telephone. This is not a complaint, but a suggestion: it might have been handy to have some surface, such as a soapdish, in the shower, or a stand near the sink on which to balance soap, shampoo, grooming items.

Yo, the owner was super chill, gave us the lowdown on Siena's history! My room was in a 1,000-year-old building-feelin' the medieval vibes for sure. Location's solid, just a hop to the Duomo. Only bummer? Bathroom was a little tight, but still had a great time. Can't forget how comfy the beds were!

The rooms where extremely pleasant and large with clean bathrooms. We walked everywhere, the location was favourable and magnificent, close to all major sights. What's more, it was very close to the big "Conad" supermarket, the centre of Siena, and the local wineries.
